A comprehensive 1 hour session on “Paediatric Hepatology” was organized by ‘Global associations of physicians of Indian Origin’ (GAPIO) in collaboration with Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP) at 7:00 PM IST on Saturday, 26th November, 2022 on a digital platform through zoom.
Reputed well known speakers Dr. Rajeev Khanna, Additional Professor, Pediatric Hepatology, Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences, New Delhi has delivered a talk on “Hepatitis B – When to treat” and Dr. Jagadeesh Menon, Consultant Pediatric Gastroentreologist, Hepatologist and Liver Transplant Physician at Dr. Rela Institute and Medical Centre, Chennai has delivered a talk on “Wilson Disease”.
Dr. Aathira Ravindranath, Associate Consultant – Pediatric Gastroenterology, Apollo BGS Mysore has moderated the session and Dr. Nishant Wadhwa, Senior Consultant and Chief of the Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Pediatric Liver, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Delhi was the Chairperson during the session.
The session was followed by 10 minutes question and answer round.
