A comprehensive 40-minute virtual session on “Newer Medicines for Weight Management” was organized by GAPIO in collaboration with Association of Robotic & Innovative Surgeons (ARIS) under GAPIO-ARIS International Lecture Series on zoom at 7:00 PM IST on Saturday, 7th June 2025.
Reputed well known speaker Dr. Arun Prasad, Clinical Lead, GI & Bariatric Surgeon, Academic Advisor and Adjunct Professor at Apollo Hospitals, New Delhi will presented his talk on “Newer Medicines for Weight Management“.
Dr Tarun Sahni, Senior Consultant – Internal Medicine and Head of the Hyperbaric Unit at Apollo Hospitals, Delhi has chaired the session.
Dr J Jayaprakashsai, Founder & Gen. Secretary DEAR Diabetes Academy, Consultant Diabetologist, Apollo Sugar, Hyderabad, Honorary Physician, Austrian Consulate, Visiting Consultant, TTD Temple, Tirumala moderated the session.
The session was followed by a Q&A round of 10 minutes.
