Dr. Ashish Aneja, Senior Medical Officer, Kurukshetra University has organised a Free Cardio Diabetic health check-up camp on World Diabetes Day 2024 in health centre of Kurukshetra University. During this camp, free tests like Blood Glucose, BMD, Neuropathy, Spirometry, ECG were done, and free medicines were distributed among the needy patients.

Dr. Ashish Gandhi, Consultant, Department of Gastroenterology, Gandhi Hospital, Aurangabad, Maharashtra has been selected for the prestigious GI podium – DDW (Digestive Disease Week) to be held on 6th May 2025 for presenting video in ASGE World Cup of Endoscopy in San Diego. Only 8 videos across globe were selected for the World Cup. His case – “Pediatric Achalasia POEM using Bronchoscope” will be presented from India alongside presenters from other countries.

Dr. Ashok Seth, ‘Padma Bhushan’, ‘Padma Shri’ and ‘B. C. Roy’ Awardee, and chairman – Fortis Escorts Heart Institute, received the prestigious GAPIO Lifetime Achievement Award during the 15th Annual Conference held in January 2025 at Mysore.

Dr. Asutosh Sahu, Clinical Fellow (Radiology) at Unity Health, University of Toronto, Canada has published a paper, “The Radiologic Spectrum of Neuroendocrine Tumors in Emergent Care,” in Reviews in Endocrine and Metabolic Disorders (5-year Impact Factor: 8.4) on 02 January 2025.

Dr. Dilip Kumar Acharya, Honorary Fellow GAPIO & National Chairman, IMA Cancer & tobacco Control Committee delivered the prestigious “IMA Dr Shridhar Sharma Oration” during the Annual National Conference of IMA held at Hyderabad on 27th Dec 2024.

Dr. Acharya delivered the Oration on “QUIT TOBACCO-WHY & HOW?” The Oration was highly appreciated for its contents & the information it provided.

Dr. Jaskaran Dugal, Consultant, Cardiology, Jehangir Hospital, Pune, co-authored an article, “Modified Double Kissing Crush Technique for Improving Side Branch Outcome in Left Main Bifurcation Angioplasty” which is been published in “Elsevier” on 23rd December 2024.

Dr Dugal also co-authored an original article, “Safety, efficacy, and optical coherence tomography insights into intravascular lithotripsy for the modification of non‐eruptive calcified nodules: A prospective observational study” which is been published in “Research Gate”.

Dr. Kandamaran Krishnamurthy, Consultant Pediatric- Intensive Care Unit from Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Barbados has co-authored an original article, “Admission trends, associated factors and the outcomes for children hospitalised to paediatric intensive care unit for asthma – A population based longitudinal study” which is been published in “Karnataka Paediatric Journal” on 30th January 2025.

Dr. Keerti Singh, Senior Lecturer, Faculty of Medical Sciences, Cave Hill campus, Barbados, University of the West Indies, has been appointed as the More Joy National Ambassador for Barbados by the International Federation of Fertility Societies (IFFS).

Dr Rajul Rastogi, Professor, Department of Radiodiagnosis, Teerthanker Mahaveer Medical College & Research Center, Moradabad, UP on the occasion of Indian Republic Day, has delivered two lectures and presented five research studies in an International Conference in Radiology held under the aegis of Asian-Oceanian Congress of Radiology & Indian Radiological & Imaging Association in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Dr Rajul got his AI-Based Research in Radiology selected for Presentation at the Global Conference on AI in Healthcare being conducted in Feb 2025 in London by Royal College of Radiology, UK.

Dr Rajul attended an International Conference in MRI conducted by Korean Society of Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Medicine at Seoul, South Korea on 8th-9th Nov’2024 and delivered seven Research Presentations (2 oral deliberations and 5 Scientific Poster).

He received two Award in the Conference, Scholarship Award and ICMRI Contribution Awards, with his name etched on the Award Pillar of the Conference. The Conference was attended by more than 900 delegates from 19 countries.
