A comprehensive 60 minute session on “The Role of Nutrition in Gut Health” was organized by ‘Global associations of physicians of Indian Origin’ (GAPIO) in collaboration with Global Dietitian Community at 5:00 PM IST on Saturday, 2 July 2022 on a digital platform through zoom.
Reputed well known speakers, Prof. Rémy Meier, MD AMB Clinic Basel, Switzerland delivered a talk on “Challenges on Achieving MNT in IBD” and Associate Professor Francine Marques, Head of the Hypertension Research Laboratory, Senior Medical Research Fellow, Sylvia and Charles Viertel Charitable Foundation, delivered a talk on “Gut microbiome: a novel tool to lower blood pressure”.
The session was followed by 10 minutes’ question and answer session.
