A comprehensive 1 hour virtual session on “Role of imaging and machine learning in intimate partner violence” was organized by GAPIO in collaboration with Global Association of Radiological Technologists of Indian Origin (GARTIO) under GAPIO-GARTIO International Lecture Series on a virtual platform. at 7:00 PM IST on Saturday, 2nd December, 2023 on a digital platform through zoom.
Reputed well known speaker Dr. Bharti Khurana, Founder and Director – Trauma Imaging Research and Innovation Center, Emergency Radiologist – Brigham and Women’s Association Assoc. Professor at Harvard Medical School has delivered her talk on “Role of imaging and machine learning in intimate partner violence”.
Dr Anju Aggarwal, Member of Executive Committee of GAPIO from Sydney, Australia has started the session by her opening remarks.
Dr Vinita Sharan, Senior Radiology Consultant, DeepTek Medical Services, Adjunct Faculty, Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI), Advisor Radiology CMEs for GAPIO and former Associate Professor, San Beda College of Medicine, Philippines Consultant has moderated the session and also gave vote of thanks.
Dr Akshay Saxena, Professor, Department of Radio Diagnosis and Imaging, PGIMER, Chandigarh was the chairperson of the session.
The session was followed by a question and answer round of 10 minutes.
