A comprehensive 1 hours session on “Inflammatory Bowel Disease in Children” was organized by ‘Global associations of physicians of Indian Origin’ (GAPIO) in collaboration with Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP) at 7:00 PM IST on Saturday, 27th August, 2022 on a digital platform through zoom.
Reputed well known speakers Dr. Anupama Chawla, Director of Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition at Stony Brook University Hospital in New York, USA has delivered a talk on ‘Biologicals in Pediatric IBD’ and Dr. Moinak Sen Sarma, Associate Professor, Department of Pediatric Gastroenterology, SGPGI, Lucknow, India has delivered a talk on ‘Pediatric IBD 360 Degree Overview?’.
Dr. Nida Mirza, Pediatric Gastroenterologist, Apollo Hospitals – Indore has moderated the session and Dr. Bhupinder Sandhu, Pediatric Gastroenterologist, Bristol Royal Hospital, UK, Order of the British Empire Awardee, was the Chairperson during the session.
The session was followed by 10 minutes question and answer round.
