Paediatric Hepatology – Navigating PFIC Management – Era of Intestinal Bile Acid Transporters (IBATs)

A comprehensive 1 hour virtual session on “Paediatric Hepatology” was organized by GAPIO in collaboration with Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP) under GAPIO-IAP International Lecture Series on a virtual platform. at 7:00 PM IST on Saturday, 26^th April 2025 on zoom.

Dr Rana Ahmad Bitar, Assistant Professor – Paediatric Gastroenterology, Sheikh Khalifa Medical City and Faculty of Medicine, Khalifa University, Abu Dhabi, UAE has delivered her talk on “Navigating PFIC Management – Era of Intestinal Bile Acid Transporters (IBATs)“.

Dr Rakesh Manohar, Consultant – Paediatric Gastroenterology & Hepatology, Maa Kauvery Hospital, Trichy has moderated the session.

Dr Aashay Shah, Consultant, Paediatric Gastroenterology, Ahmedabad was the “Session Convenor”.

The session was followed by a question and answer round of 10 minutes.
