Session on “Lumbar Canal Stenosis”

A comprehensive 1 hour session on “Lumbar Canal Stenosis” was organized by ‘Global associations of physicians of Indian Origin’ (GAPIO) in collaboration with ASSI under GAPIO-ASSI International Lecture Series at 7:00 PM IST on Saturday, 8^th April, 2023 on a digital platform through zoom.

Reputed well known speakers Dr K Venkatesh, Professor and Head, Department of Spine Surgery, Christian Medical College, Vellore, has delivered his talk on “Definition, Natural History, Evaluation and Conservative Management of Lumbar Canal Stenosis” and Dr Amol Rege, Consultant, Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, Pune has delivered his talk on “Surgical management of lumbar canal stenosis: indications, techniques and outcomes”.

Dr Aditendraditya Singh Bhati, Consultant, Neurosurgery, Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, Delhi has moderated the session.

Dr Sushil Jain, Honorary Advisor, GAPIO has given the opening remarks and vote of thanks.

The session was followed by 10 minutes question and answer round.
