A comprehensive I hour virtual radiology session on “Imaging in Stroke” was organized by GAPIO on a virtual platform. at 7:00 PM IST on Sunday, 11th June, 2023 on a digital platform through zoom.
Reputed well known speaker Dr Rajiv (Raj) Gupta who is heading the section of neuroradiology at Massachusetts General Hospital, and is Associate Professor of radiology at the Harvard Medical School has delivered his talk on “Basics and advancements of imaging in stroke”.
Dr Nandakumar Jairam, President, GAPIO and Chairman of Medica Synergie Hospitals has given the opening remarks.
Dr Vinita Sharan, Advisor Radiology CMEs for GAPIO, Associate Professor, San Beda College of Medicine, Philippines and Public Health Consultant and Senior Radiology Consultant, DeepTek Medical Services, Pvt. Ltd. has moderated the session.
Dr Guruprasad Hosurkar, Senior Consultant, Neurologist at Manipal Hospital, Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore has chaired the session.

The session was followed by a question and answer round of 15 minutes.
