A comprehensive 1 hours session on “Pott’s Spine – Consensus and Controversies” was organized by ‘Global associations of physicians of Indian Origin’ (GAPIO) in collaboration with Association of Spine Surgeons of India (ASSI) at 7:00 PM IST on Saturday, 20th August, 2022 on a digital platform through zoom.

Reputed well known speakers Prof. Anil K Jain, Editor-in-Chief – Indian Spine Journal, Professor and Head, Santosh Medical College, India has delivered a talk on ‘When to stop AKT in Spinal Tuberculosis: Consensus and Controversies’ and Dr. S K Srivastava, Professor in Orthopaedics, K J Somaiya Medical College and Research Institute, Mumbai, India has delivered a talk on ‘Surgical Management in Spinal Tuberculosis – When, Where and How?’.

Dr. Shankar Acharya, President – ASSI was the moderator of the session and Dr. Aditendraditya Singh Bhati, Consultant, Neuro Surgery, Apollo Hospitals, Delhi was the Chairperson during the session.

The session was followed by 10 minutes question and answer round.
