A comprehensive 1 hour virtual session on “Paediatric Gastroenterology” was organized by GAPIO in collaboration with Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP) under GAPIO-IAP International Lecture Series on a virtual platform. at 7:00 PM IST on Saturday, 28th September 2024 on a digital platform through zoom.
Reputed well known speakers Dr Priyanka Udawat, Senior Consultant, Pediatric Gastroenterologist & Hepatologist, Allergist, Lifestyle Medicine Physician, Sir H N Reliance Foundation Hospital, Mumbai has delivered her talk on “Various Manifestations of Food Allergy: Case Based Discussion” and Dr Joana Stanisz, Department of Pediatrics, Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition, Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario, University of Ottawa, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada has delivered her talk on “Celiac Disease – What’s New – Recent Updates?“.
Dr Pooja Semwal, Assistant Professor & Paediatric Gastroenterologist at Hind Institute of Medical Sciences and Consultant Paediatric Gastroenterology at Shekhar Hospital & Ashirwad Health Care Lucknow has moderated the session.
Dr Shruti Sharma, Assistant Professor and Incharge Paediatric Gastroenterology Unit IGMC and AIMSS, Shimla has chaired the session.
Dr Aashay Shah, Consultant, Paediatric Gastroenterology, Ahmedabad was the “Session Convenor”.
The session was followed by a question and answer round of 10 minutes.
