Know About Past 17th Training Workshop held at Kolkata – GAPIO

The 17^th Training Workshop, to enhance soft skills, under GAPIO Leadership Development Program was held on 16^th June 2019 at Kolkata. 

Program was inaugurated by Chief Guest, Dr. Bhabatosh Biswas, Ex-Director and Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgeon of R G Kar Medical College and Hospital and Ex-Vice Chancellor WBUH. 

Dr. Sanjay Chatterjee, Sheriff, Kolkata was the Guest of Honour and gave valedictory address. 

51 participants from various hospitals and nursing homes came to attend the training workshop.

Topics like Setting expectations, meeting and managing aspirations of employees, Leadership styles but same goal, Identifying strengths and delegation and Motivation to improve performance were covered during the training workshop.

Certificates were issued to the participants and excellent feedback received from them.
