15th Training Workshop, to enhance soft skills, under GAPIO Leadership Development Program was held on 10th March 2019 at Ahmedabad.
Program was inaugurated by Chief Guest, Dr. Mehul Shelat, President, Ahmedabad Medical Association.
Participants came from various hospitals and nursing homes to attend the Training Workshop.
Topics like Setting expectations, meeting and managing aspirations of employees, Leadership styles but same goal, Identifying strengths and delegation and Motivation to improve performance were covered during the training workshop.
Certificates were issued to the participants and excellent feedback received from them.
