13th Training Workshop, to enhance soft skills, under GAPIO Leadership Development Program was held on 02th December 2018 at Auditorium, Apollo Hospitals, Vizag.
Program was inaugurated by Chief Guest, Dr. Jitender Sharma, Advisor to Health, Medical & Family Welfare – (Govt. of AP), Managing Director & CEO of Andhra Pradesh, MedTech Zone, Executive Director – Kalam Institute of Health Technology, Guest of Honour Dr. P V Sudhakar – Principal of Andhra Medical College and Member of Andhra Pradesh Medical Council, Vice Chairman, AP Medical Council Chairman and Dr. Ravi Raju T – Ex Vice Chancellor of Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences of Andhra Pradesh / Retired Director of Medical Education of AP.
The training workshop was accredited for 2 credit hours by Andhra Pradesh Medical Council (APMC).
75 participants from various hospitals and nursing homes came to attend the training workshop.
Topics like Time Management, Improving Communication Skills, Conflict Management and Appreciation at Work – Motivating Team Members were covered during the training workshop.
Certificates were issued to the participants and excellent feedback received from them.
