11th Training Workshop, to enhance soft skills, under GAPIO Leadership Development Program was held on 06th October 2018 at Training Room, Apollo Hospitals, Bangalore.
Program was inaugurated by Chief Guest, Dr. P Satish Chandra, renowned Neurologist and valedictory address was given by Lt. Gen. (Dr.) Shiv Sharma.
Guest Speaker, Dr. Girish Navasundi mentioned that “For patients, safety comes first before service” during his session on “How to keep patients safe and happy in the hospital.”
59 participants from various hospitals and nursing homes came to attend the training workshop.
Topics like Setting expectations, meeting and managing aspirations of employees, Leadership styles but same goal, Identifying strengths and delegation and Motivation to improve performance were covered during the training workshop.
