A comprehensive 1 hour session of radiology was organized by Global Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (GAPIO) under GAPIO Radiology International Lecture Series is organized a 1-hour live zoom session on “Comprehensive Imaging of the Pancreas – Advancements and Role of AI” on Saturday, 13th September 2025 at 7:00 PM IST.
Reputed well known speakers Dr. (Lt Col) Priscilla Joshi, Prof. and Head, Bharati Vidyapeeth University Medical College and Hospital and Vice Principal (PG Academics), presented her talk on “Imaging of the Pancreas – the Fundamentals” and Dr. Avinash Kambadakone, Division Chief of Abdominal Radiology at the Academic Medical Centers at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School and Director of the Center for Research and Innovation in Abdominal Imaging., presented his talk on “Imaging of the Pancreas – Advancements and Use of AI”.
Dr. Vinita Sharan, Radiology CME Advisor, GAPIO and Senior Radiology Consultant, DeepTek Medical Imaging Services, Pvt. Ltd., opened the session by her opening remarks and introduction of the topic. She moderated the session too.
Dr. (Prof.) Anil Arora, Chairman, The Institute of Liver, Gastroenterology, and Pancreaticobiliary Sciences, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi has chaired the session.
The session will conclude with a vote of thanks by Dr. Asutosh Sahu, Cardiothoracic Imaging and Emergency Radiology Specialist, Toronto, Canada.
The session followed by 10 minutes of question and answer.
